Hassan Moore

Hassan Moore is among the most trusted thought leaders in Coaching and Inclusive Leadership. He is President of Mosaic Coaching.  He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the global accrediting body of the coaching industry. He also holds multiple accreditations and certifications in professional coaching from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), including core leadership coaching, performance coaching, and master practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index.

The effectiveness of Hassan's coaching is rooted in his extensive experience across human resources, finance, higher education, and the corporate sector. He has held several progressive leadership roles, including oversight of the campus-wide supplier diversity program for Temple University. In that role, he cultivated stakeholder relationships and utilized his coaching expertise to empower countless business owners to compete for contractual opportunities and substantially grow their companies.

Currently, Hassan serves as the Senior Manager of Inclusive Practices for Global Inclusion at Aramark, a Fortune 500 company operating in 15 countries. In this global role, he leads strategic efforts to embed inclusive practices across business units, fostering environments where all employees and clients can thrive.

Hassan is also a two-time recipient of the Top Coaches in America award (2024, 2025), a testament to his transformational impact in the coaching space.

He has previously served as Vice President and Director of Inclusive Culture for a leading financial institution, where he chaired the DEI Leadership Committee and sat on the leadership team of the American Bankers Association’s Black Bankers Employee Resource Group. Additionally, Hassan is a dedicated member of the International Coaching Federation Philadelphia Chapter, where he sits on the Board and serves as Chair of the DEI and Marketing Committees but will take over the role of Vice President beginning in June 2025.

Hassan holds a BA in Marketing and a certification in Construction Management from Temple University's Fox School of Business. He is also certified in Establishing an Impactful Supplier Diversity Program and brings over 25 years of professional experience managing people and processes.

After experiencing profound personal loss, Hassan discovered that his true purpose lies in championing others through a people-centered approach—helping them become the best version of themselves. As a lifelong learner continuously pursuing growth and deeper meaning, Hassan's passion is to awaken the potential in others by guiding them out of their comfort zones and into new possibilities.
